You have a window of 14 calendar days starting from the day you received your item to initiate a return with CaterPro, provided that the item is still in its pristine, unopened state. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in the exact condition as when you received it. It is crucial that the item is accompanied by the original packaging and a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Once CaterPro receives and inspects the returned item, you will be promptly notified of the refund's status. If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the credit card or original method of payment you used. The refund process typically takes up to 10 days, depending on the policies of your card issuer. In some cases, a restocking fee of 5% may be applicable, depending on the nature and quality of the returned item.

Please note that you are responsible for covering all shipping and handling charges for the returned items, unless otherwise specified. The responsibility for any loss or damage during shipment rests with you as the shipper. Hence, we highly recommend fully insuring your return shipment and selecting a reliable carrier that can provide proof of delivery. This will ensure your protection throughout the return process. Once you have made arrangements for the exchange and we receive the item to be exchanged, it will undergo a thorough inspection. Should there be any price discrepancy between the original item and the replacement, CaterPro will either refund the difference or send you an invoice for the outstanding amount.
